Our unsecured Certificates are unsubordinated obligations of Ministry Partners Investment Company, LLC (Ministry Partners®). They offer the highest rates available on a Ministry Partners® proprietary investment. They also give maximum flexibility to Ministry Partners® in the use of proceeds. In general, Ministry Partners® uses the proceeds to make loans to evangelical churches and ministries. Ministry Partners® may also use proceeds to pay off maturing certificates or other borrowings, or for general corporate purposes.

2024 Class A Certificates are currently available in two series:

Variable Series – This note pays interest based on a variable rate, which resets monthly based on an index. It matures in 36 months. You may redeem all or part of your investment without a penalty after three months. A minimum $10,000 investment is required. Deposits can be made to variable certificates throughout the life of the offering.

Fixed Series – This note pays a fixed interest rate established at the time of purchase. It is available in maturities between one and five years. You may request an early redemption, which we may grant at our sole discretion. A three-month interest penalty may apply to premature redemptions. A minimum $1,000 investment is required.

  • The 2024 Class A Certificates have not been rated by an independent rating agency.

  • The 2024 Class A Certificates are subject to a Trust Indenture, which governs and restricts certain rights as a Noteholder.

Private Placement Offerings

Certificates purchased under our private placement offerings are issued by Ministry Partners and are available only to eligible investors. Our private placement certificates are issued pursuant to a Rule 506 exemption, which enables the issuance of these securities without registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In general, we use the proceeds of our private placement offerings to make loans to evangelical churches and ministries or as defined in the memorandum under use of funds. We may also use proceeds to pay off maturing certificates or other borrowings, or for general corporate purposes.

Investment in private placement offerings is highly speculative and carries a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of principal. Certificates issued under our private placement offerings are illiquid. These certificates are not available to all investors in all states.
